Hi all, first post here and I'm already asking for new stuff! I'd really love a Raid Legendary or an Exotic that had Shoot to Loot. It's a really useful perk (especially in VoG Confluxes - curse you Mountain Dew!) that you can only use by carrying a Rare Scout Rifle around. And really - who is raiding with a rare scout rifle? Now, I humbly suggest the MIDA Multi-tool for this perk. Thematically, it fits perfectly. I'd trade the "fires on a hair-trigger" (another uncommon/rare upgrade) for "shoot-to-loot" in a heartbeat, but if it were added as a bonus perk I would not complain!
