I have been trying to contact bungie for the past week and still no reply it is becoming frustrating. my problem is.... I purchased the destiny season pass a week ago through the PlayStation store for $39.95 (and that a lot of money to spent on something that DIDN'T WORK!!!) on the 23rd of Feb and used it to purchase the dark bellow expansion pass and installed them on my ps4 however in game it says I still require the expansion pass to access any dark bellow missions, strike or RAID!! I have restored my licences ps4, I have contacted PlayStation support and they said the region is correct and also they could not figure out what was wrong. please help me out bungie because I really love destiny but its beginning to piss me off because I can't access the DLC I paid for. It has been a week since I purchase the DLC, multiple attempt at contacting Bungie and Activision and the only reply I have got is an email from Activision that says that 2 of my request for help is invalid. I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible but I am getting more and more frustrated as time goes on and still no answer. BUNGIE please help me so we can resolve this issue.

I'd like to know how to contact Bungie Support as well. This forum is not working and neither does tweeting Bungie Help. How about some actual support?

Have you tried restoring your [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]licenses[/url]? Give this a shot and let me know if it works! Hope this helps, Good luck out there, Guardian!
