I borrowed a One from my friend while he went on vacation. I bought destiny a while ago, because it was from Bungie and i've been starry-eyed for Halo since 2001 when I was seven. I trusted they would deliver good content so I bought the game, wanting to support them. I do not have xbox live though. I'm unemployed and havent been able to justify spending money on xbox live when most games can be played enjoyably without it. I found out that Destiny really isn't one of those since you need it to be able to get better gear for levels 20+. I just redeemed the 2 day live code out of my Halo: Master Chief collection to play the features of this game that require live, and now the servers are down and have been for a good chunk of time. I have 48 hours, Bungie :c Tl:dr - I borrowed my friend's ONE for my copy of Destiny and redeemed a 2 day Live code only for servers to be down :C
