Early last year I was told that I had a luxating patella. Which is generally a "disease" in the knee where it slowly dislocates and causes a lot of pain while doing it.
Anyway this isn't a health lesson. While playing the story for the second and third time I would do stretches and wall sits to fix it. It's slowly working and has had a huge impact in my sporting career. I used to run 100m in 16s now I've improved to 14s and my Soccer coach is really impressed with the improvement.
So to sum this up if it wasn't for you guys I probably would of been my uncommitted self and wait till it dislocated (it still has a chance) and go through rehab.
