Buff No Land Beyond... it's the most useless Exotic ever, literally
Ideas that I came up with that could be new perks for the weapon:
1: Increased Fire rate (Perk)
2: Radar is still visible when aiming (Perk and because the iron sight is sh*t and makes it hard to aim for the head for precision damage)
3: Very Low Recoil (Perk)
4: Increased agility with 4+ or not lower then 2+ (Perk)
That's it, what do you guys think?

289 RepliesNo Land Beyond was built with a very specific play style in mind: Fast sniping, run and gun, quick scope precision shots at close range. It is primarily a PVP play style, and we wanted to give players who like this style a weapon that suits their skillset. Admittedly, the weapon is not very forgiving to players who aren't already acclimated to playing like this. They'll probably die, a lot, trying to get consistent headshots in the crucible. Dying over and over isn't fun. The question we need to ask in future exotic weapon patches is how much more accessible we want this weapon to be. Did we go too far in creating a niche weapon that only a few people enjoy? If we did, is that OK? Can we make it easier to use? If we did, would that turn The Crucible into a non stop No Land Beyond headshot murder fest? At surface level there are definitely things we can do to make NLB better (you have some great suggestions), but we also need to consider the wake that could incur if everyone had a super sweet one shot kill weapon in their primary slot in The Crucible. We will definitely continue to listen to feedback and when it comes time to do another exotic weapon update, I'm sure we'll look closely at No Land Beyond.

Suggested buff: 1.) Increase carried ammo capacity to 14 2.) Remove scope glint 3.) reduce reticle sway when moving 4.) increase cocking speed after each shot 5.) make the iron sight bigger so acquiring target at close range easier it's my first exotic weapon before taken king. I heard people dismantle this when they get it but for me I got use to it and wreck at 3v3 playlist with my havoc pigeon. I call it the "douchebag stratagem" -
Maybe you just suck with the No Land Beyond? Ever think of that?

I seen newsk say that the gun was created for a niche crowd of users. I have no problem with that except for the fact that only two exotic weapons came with the dlc and one of them was designed for only a small amount of players to use and enjoy. That is the part that bugs me. If ten weapons had dropped with the dlc then it wouldn't be that big of a deal.

2 RepliesNLB is the only prestige gun destiny has. That means it was intentionally made difficult to use so that only the best/craziest players can take it into the crucible and succeed. If it were buffed, even a little bit, it would lose that prestige factor. The best thing about using it is knowing that every player you pop with it knows they just got offed by a NLB, of all things. That said, there is one change I'd like to see. There should be a passive perk in there. This perk should cause any crucible goer killed by an NLB to see a large, obnoxious marquee sign on their death screen with "No Land Beyond" flashing on it. Then the gun would be perfect.

3 RepliesNo land beyond doesn't even work for people used to run and gun fast paced head shots. It scope covers way too much space, it's slower than any sniper I've seen in any game ever, and it's stability is horrible. With people flying all over the place the gun should atleast be accurate. Its like constant no scopes You may have tried to make a weapon for that niche, which I use in other games, but you all failed miserably. This gun is just laughable

In pvp the gun is amazing, it just has a skill gap ( not to say those who can't us it suck, but that a many would not be used to it.)

Maybe double the ammo reserve for PvE and PvP since NLB only has 18 rounds.

1.I think the sight should be fixed..i.e. no glare and more open sights. 2. This weapon should have faster reload after precision kill. 3. Larger ammo reserve. Make a niche weapon better but still not OP.

They should remove its lense glare. Because let's be honest, do you see a scope? I sure don't.

I know right! It's literally the lowest rated and most hated exotic in the game!!! Seriously the thing is not even worth killing a captain over it! Plus if you announce it in public, people will LAUGH at you, honestly I would like Bungie to replace that so called "gun" with something worth being called exotic
