The biggest problem with the crucible and IB is the lack of diversity in the weapons used, most people use suros thorn vex ect but nerfing whole weapon types isn't fixing the problem, it didn't fix the game last time, I completely agree with your post because individual weapon balancing would fix all the issues. And about the crucible/pvp balance obviously bungie can make weapons work well in both because they buffed shotguns in pve and not pvp fix your shit bungie
