Writing this for my clanmate who is have major matchmaking issues. He is unable to do any matchmaking activity (IB, crucible, weekly, ROC strikes) when he's by himself. It always stays on 1/12 guardians. If he joins my fireteam, no problem. Voice communication is fine, and can play the matchs no problem. But just not on his own. He recently upgraded his ISP. He was able to connect fine before. He's tried a lot of the current troubleshooting techniques, but nothing seems to work. I haven't personally seen what he's tried to do, but I've sent him lots of links and article and other forum posts. Any other advice?
