The Problem With Everyone Complaining about Activision.

Ok. So a fairly large amount of Destiny Players want to go all the way as far as to blame Activision for problems with Destiny. However i would like to correct those individuals by reminding them that all Activision did was Publish the game. So the most they had their hands in the development was deciding on how many games in the series there would be, How much DLC would be made and when it would be released and they funded Bungie. Any problems with the game itself should be taken up with bungie not to be blaming the company that Funded the Developers. The Reason for me throwing this in the Community Section is because this seems to be a community problem. A lot of players do that and I would like to throw this out there for those that do not know. http://destiny.wikia.com/wiki/Bungie-Activision_Contract

Wrong! Activision has way more control than this. You think they would fund a $500M effort without more control? No way! They are deeply rooted in bungie's creative process too. It's the reason their top creative director walked out. Google it.... it's an interesting story. By the way, activision did the same thing to the original founders of call of duty. Exact same..

    • Its bungies first experience with this type of hybrid and they didn't do too shabby. I say give it time and let it play out, they've already beat cod in my eyes with a multiplayer that doesn't really cater to the novice and a new story not just the same one set in a different time period with different gear. I love destiny and can't wait for the next one

    • Well, on the topic of DLC's to release, that means they told then to release an incomplete storyline so you have to buy the equivalent of 3 ish games of DLC to know what the hell is going on.

      • You are wrong on so many levels... Activision actually looked at every thing and decided if it should go in the game or not ACTIVISION did this it was ultimately their decision.
