No Heavy Synthesis Ammo!
I just wanted to post a problem I've found with the heavy ammo synthesis. When I use these purple boxes of heavy ammo they are not yielding me any heavy ammo. It's happened to me and a few other fireteam members I play with. The synthesis does work sometimes but it is very frustrating buying these expensive purchases only to have them "empty" when consumed. Please, could you look into this and solve this annoying glitch. Is this happening to anyone else? Thanks.

Make sure you have an open space by deleting something or putting it in the vault. Bungie is working on a fix which will apart of the 1.1.1 update and will most likely be realized before the end of the month.
