I re-rolled mine 45 times to get Luck in the Chamber (idealy, it would have been final round), Hammer forged and Shot Package. Your roll is good because of Hammer Forged, but it doesn't have to much else going for it. If you're deciding to face a Crowd with this monster of a shotgun, you're going to see some bad results because of the low RoF on it. Stability isn't exactly a must on this because it's either going to kill the fool on the receiving end, or get you killed. Kneepads just seems like a fun perk to use if you like using the shotgun, but it could be a bit more usefull (such as final round, LiTC, Return to Sender).

Got Kneepads, hammer forged, and shot package... But it took about 60 motes of light to get it. In my opinion, Crowd Control is not going to be a very useful perk on a shotgun that is designed for one shot kills to begin with... The damage boost is just overkill, and the slow fire rate is going to make it difficult to gain any real advantage from that perk. If it were me, and I had more motes to spare, I'd re-roll until I got shot package or rangefinder in the third slot, along with hammer forged. Or you could always keep that one, farm glimmer, and buy a second one to re-roll as insurance that you don't end up with something worse than what you already have. That's what I have done with iron banner weapons the last few times...

Either get rangefinder or shot package. You can get hammer forged if you like, but since it already has an extremely high base range hammer forged doesn't do alot.
