Cut the size of cigarette boxes by half so they contain less cigarettes. You can buy as much as you want. Get that out right away. In order for consumers to make the best choices, they need to be properly informed. With the best information, they will make the best choices. Gas stations and cigarette shops do their best to show that cigarettes cause cancer by putting signs everywhere near the cigarettes saying IT CAUSES CANCER but because the smokers are too dumb to realize this, cashiers have to loudly read the label to them to get it through their thick skulls. [spoiler]No matter how hard you try to get people to quit doing something stupid to themselves, they're most likely going to continue doing it. You have to wait till somebody supersizing their meals everyday gets their foot amputated till they realize something is wrong. You have to sometimes wait for a smoker looses his voice or his ability to breath till he finally quits.
