Requirements for a GOOD fireteam.
So I did Hard mode twice on both my warlocks last night and I had to go through 8 fireteams to finally find some people who knew what they were doing.
Requirements to be apart of my fire team (if you're lucky).
-313+ light
-312+ ToM
-310+ Black Spindle
-Age of AT LEAST 18, any younger and you're not worth anyones time.
-1.9 K/D
-15 raid completions
- and finally you have to have the hardmode emblem on all your characters.
If you fail to meet even ONE of these requirements then you are not worth my time and I hope you never get to complete the raid because the elite few (like myself) have to carry you guys. Take this advice and stop wasting the good players time.

This abomination of a human being is why I quit Destiny. It is a total and utter money grab, and I realized it as soon as the Silver came out. The community is full of elitist pricks who think everyone is beneath them. I wish Destiny luck in the coming year, because I doubt it will survive much longer.

I was scrolling through lfg the other day, when i saw a post asking for a titan that knew how to survive. So i message the guy my stats. "317 Titan, tom, emblem, mic. Know all strats". 3 or 4 mins go by and i recieve a party invite. A man with a hushed gravely tone says hi then quickly asks me 3 direct questions: How many taken have you killed? How many humans? Why? I quickly rush to grab my phone to check my grimoire for taken kills, it falls from my hands, so i just say, "erm...lots" humans..not a lot i dont pvp much Party ends. 2 mins later i recieve an invite. I break orbit and head down to oryx throne room to find nobody around. Suddenly i feel my controller vibrate as i take a pistol whipping from a hawkmoon to the back of my guardians head, and i fall to the floor as my screen fades to black and i see 100s of taken incoming. Next thing i wake up on my couch and check my character. My inventory is cleared of everything except a can of expired beans and a note telling me im too weak to take down an oryx and to "git gud skrub"
