How many of you will never know the Gjallarhorn struggle?
I got this game in February. My friends carried me through vog at level 26 or something.
Opened exotic chest on normal first time ever.
Gjallarhorn.

2 RepliesI have had 6 drop for me now. I cringed when it dropped for me in a NF playing with a friend who doesn't have it. The last time was last weekend running through normal Crota. We beat Crota and I got a GH AND a HoC. I would love the ability to trade one of the GHs for a Fatebringer as I can't get that to drop to save my life.

Decided to full-on go for it in the Iron Banner in April I think it was, was never bothered about it at all up to then. After a match I ranked my IB level up to 3 & Gjallarhorn dropped for me. I wasn't even after it at the time.

Played for 3 days got a surios regime and a gally drop and as of tonight the ram. My only 3 exotic drops

Ghorn was like my third exotic from aetheon and I got it from the chest and ice breaker from aetheon so I knew no struggle. Now I'm 7 ghorns richer and a buddy has yet to get one

I got dragons breath and gally in a row from opening the first chest in the dark below on each of my accounts

Lol. I got Gjallahorn a month into raiding on PS4. I got it week 2 on the One. Haha. I would have brought it week 2 xur had I played more at that time.

Got it from gorgon chest long time ago. Didn't even do the raid I was invited at the checkpoint.

got my first Gjallarhorn today :) was in Crota's end at the Deathsinger and i was on my laptop browsing the forums because i had died. once they killed it i heard them say "hey venom gjallarhorn" and immediately look up in disbelief and see i had gotten it. they were suprised at how calm i was about it since i didn't freakout and have a meltdown as most people do.

Got it first time I ran crota as swordbearer. Jelly horn, black hammer and infusion helmet. Best drop ever.

I've had around 9 since game release. Never purchased mine from xur because I was like I don't need this crap. Boy was I wrong! I got like 3 or 4 from vog chest. 3 or 4 from atheon. And 2 from crucible. I now keep one on each character to not move them around.

I got a legendary engram and I never thought it could be Gjallarhorn. I was jumping all over the place because I was the first of my friend group to get it.

Day one player, got this for the first time in January. Last week got my second and yesterday got my third. I don't usually keep multiples of weapons but seeing how useful this weapon is I decided to keep 1 per character.

had the game since launch on PS4 and used the thing on a friends account, didn't go that mad on it I got the game on X1 about 4 weeks back and had friends winding me up about the Truth, 3rd weeks in and an exotic RPG drops, I thought it was the Truth at first but turns out it was the Ghorn, lol the hate I got from friends

Got it the second week of destiny from a legendary engram. Xur was also selling it the same week. First words out of my mouth were "dammit I didn't want to buy it from xur bc who needs an exotic heavy weapon"

First ever nightfall completion a couple months after release and it dropped.

First ever nightfall I got icebreaker before he sold it. Vision of confluence first vog run. Fatebringer and Vex 2nd run. Hunger first Crota run.

I've had 5 of them so far, recently got my 4th from back to back Crucible games [i]( over time )[/i] and the 5th came from Nightfall right after House of Wolves dropped. I upgraded my vanilla jelly horn to the new year 1 stats since it was already fully upgraded and I don't have the time to level up 2 more for my other 2 characters.
