As the title says. I own the Lightfall Dungeon key, but don't have access to the dungeons. Warlords Ruin just tells me to buy the key, and I can't even see the dungeon that's supposed to be accessed through the Helm. Can't buy the key again because it says I already own it. It's incredible the amount of gymnastics you have to go through to find legitimate simple information about who is what is why in regards to Destiny even after it's been out for so long. The lack of any kind of coherent system for information and access to support is why I left this game for such a long spell. Still disappointed, still want to play my content please.
