Have you considered allowing us to LFG for just raid encounters.
Rather than the whole raid, perhaps allowing us to pick an encounter to start at.
Mqybe the loot pool would need to change.
Right now some people only join for the final boss.
Maybe if you started from encounter 1 all the way through you'd get double drops or something
Just an idea.
I'm mostly solo and finding a raid group to help teach can be hard especially when numbers are low.
Just some thoughts

The number of people who would only want to join in for some random encounter would be exceptionally small. People either farm quick encounters like Kalli or Templar because it's fast or they farm final boss encounters for exotic chances. No one wants to do a GoS that randomly starts at Harpy boss.

2 RepliesIt's hard enough to queue in for a specific raid that isn't the weekly focus without watering the queue down further by encounter.

3 RepliesDo that and every grandma will soon have all the raid loot. We can't allow that.

Doing a raid in bite sized chunks, and completing it over time, sounds very doable. It also limits one’s time if one is unfortunate enough to be in a less than ideal group…and obviously, that works both ways. This old tortoise would be up for such! Ease Springs! 🫡
