Name changed, not sure why.
My name has defaulted to guardian. I keep seeing that its happened a lot due to the new community guidelines but my previous name wasn't anything crazy and trying to change it has consumed my name tokens but didn't change it. Is this something that will be fixed later?

1 ReplyHey there! Thanks for reaching out. An issue occurred on August 13 where some players' names were accidentally reset to Guardian#### by our moderation tool. If your name was reset around that time, it was likely caused by this issue. We have since fixed the problem and have issued a new name change token to all players. You should be able to use your new token to change your Bungie name again. If your name isn't updating, it is likely hitting the name filter. If your name was the same as your system names then it might have been hitting the “no real names” filter of Bungie’s name guide lines.
