Deprecating legendary shards
So with final shape you are deprecating legendary shards. The problem I have with this is there is nothing to spend the legendary shards on except glimmer and rally flags. I am never low enough on glimmer usually at the cap and I have 700 or so rally banners. Ultimately I'm just going to lose 43000 legendary shards for nothing. I feel that it was a waste of time accumulating this many shards by playing this game. Thank you

The others are saying you can convert it for glimmer resources which you can but that's also worthless and just a huge time waste. They completely miss the issue with this whole thing. If glimmer isn't anything you're worried about, yeah you still have nothing to spend it on and Bungie dropped the ball on that.
