I completed a passage of persistence today, but didn't get an adept drop. It's not the same problem that was previously reported - my win count never dropped to 0. I did have a weird moment where I was locked out of trials after losing a match - the launch button was red and it said I wasn't eligible for the activity. The problem resolved itself after I got the passage on an alternate character and I was able to get more wins - but that might have been when the passage became flawed. Am I the only one?
