Randall is back!
New spawn in Dock 13 on Cosmodrome. Does anyone know how to kill him without him going immune and transmatting away?

He's part of this week's quest, but I doubt we'll be able to kill him, even later. Even the lore card you get from the Hall of Champions states he keeps returning somehow. I wouldn't be surprised if he's related to Taniks in the end.
