Hey there, I see you've got the triumphs for all the chests so you should have the intrinsics.
Would you mind going to the Relic, reshape your Wish-Keeper and put the cursor on the Snareweaver to see what it shows? Please take a screenshot, it can be uploaded to a site like imgur and the link pasted here.

Yup, I figured it had to be something simple and stupid...I just wasn't seeing it, since the crafting menu only displayed one intrinsic snareweaver and the number did not appear until I hovered over it. Nice design...

To add to this, you will only ever have the highest version of the intrinsic available. If you've gathered 2->4 then only 4 will be available as there is only one type of intrinsic on the weapon
