Companion app issue "Processing databases"
Hello,
Since the March 19 update when I try to use the companion app I get a message, "Processing databases" and the spinning circle. I have tried everything to resolve this up to uninstall and reinstall nothing works. I've searched the internet for this but find nothing about this. I've rebooted also.
Please help!

Same issue. Haven't been able to use the app except to access the forums since the update. Adding up to weeks now, and still no forum acknowledgement that the app functions are broken for Android at least.
