Hey there. Sorry not entirely sure what you're showing. Is the arrow releasing too quickly, without you being able to 'hold' it?
What happens when you try to create a new one?

The overload mod is stuck in the bow, changing the mod on arms does not take any effect on this specific bow. Creating a new one at the tower is not possible as it says that the weapon has been purchased on this account.

Le Monarque has an intrinsic anti-Overload effect from its Exotic perk 'Poison Arrows' [quote] 'Arrows fired quickly after a full draw become poison arrows. Precision hits with poison arrows stun the combatant and spread poison to nearby ones. Strong against [Disruption] Overload Champions.'[/quote] As you noticed, this intrinsic is not overridden by Piercing Bowstring, and this is intentional - weapons with an intrinsic anti-champion effect cannot gain the benefit of other anti-champion effects. So no Piercing Bowstring for Le Monarque or Leviathan's Breath, no Unstoppable Hand Cannon for Eriana's Vow, etc. You do not reaquire already-owned exotics from the memorial kiosk, you pull a new copy from your Collections.
