How is the investigation going? Haven't been able to play for over 24 hours now on PS4, with no fix & not even an update on this specific issue in that time when clearly a lot of people are having it...

I believe it mainly has to do with cross save. Whatever account you cross saved FROM is fine. Whatever you cross saved TO is glitched. (ex; If you cross save Xbox to Pc, the PC account is glitched, while the Xbox account is fine) I hope that info helps!
