Since when sharing an opinion based on actual facts and actual evidence is the basis of other players in this community to disrespect other players.... This is the reason why people stopped playing Destiny not because of lack of content, but because toxic players are making requirements based on their toxic norms. I remember a time when you were able to play Destiny meet new people make new friends do endgame content and have fun. Earlier today I was just making an opinion based on something that Bungie said on a Ride along. The person I told the information to he had lack of reading comprehension, he took my words out of context and turned it into a complete toxic conflict. this person called me trash telling me that I'm not a good player. then he had the audacity to tell me that I don't have the thorn or last word just because I don't do a lot of PVP... Which I do have those weapons.. then this player was trying to tell me that I don't have any Masterwork geae even though I have a full set on my Titan that I no longer wear and on my other characters. I even have my hammerhead on my Titan fully Masterwork. it's so comical that players even on Reddit and on YouTube are saying that this community is so great. When a community has players treating other players like this this is not a community this is a dysfunctional family. if it wasn't for the outbreak Prime return I would never come back to Destiny until season 7 not because lack of content but rather to avoid conflict from other players for idiotic reasons.

1 ReplyYou're going to run accross some great individuals and some real assholes in gaming, just as this is true in real life and within all facets of life when communicating with humans. I myself can be a prick to be around at times,(had a bad day ,stressed out etc.) just as eveyone else is capable of those same negative interactions, but I would like to think that as a whole people are good and capable of helping one another to make the world less hellish. Go into the mindset of giving people the benefit of the doubt,in the end this is just a hobby we all enjoy.

First time on the internet maybe? [/quote] No, people left cause Bungie is inapt at making games. As per the rest, 2 things... A. You met a shitty human, it happens. Ignore, mute, block, or whatever...but they're not worth this. You've literally let the shit "win" by posting this. Life is too short to waste on @sshats. B. Paragraphs... I mean this in the nicest way possible. No "dis" , no "harshing", no "shade", just please be kind to my OCD.

2 RepliesNo it’s lack of content and boring grinding, toxicity is only about 15/20% of it . I don’t do raids because of it but do everything else, and here is the biggest issue this game faces. Bungie is completely out of touch with normal everyday gamers. The moment streamers had a say and everyone else was an afterthought it went bad. Your time is only considered when you can stay on for 6+ hours at a time. Cores removed posts got the most upvoting and still they don’t listen. That was a streamer suggestion. Also constantly recycling old content, first off start a new character and then play through and see how weapons have gone from a white yo free to legendary to pinnacle. A good example Main ingredient Loaded question Wizened rebuke They are all the same gun just different perks and shader scheme. For every new design there is 3 repeats. Also this is d2 NOT d1 why do bungie think bringing back all d1 content is acceptable to actually creating new content. Look at all the d1 stuff brought back , we should be moving forward not backward, new exotics and armour and weapons should’ve been created. Instead we have convoluted quests for stuff we already had in the first game . To sum up lazy programming and recycling on bungies part and listening to the wrong people not to mention they use reddit not there own forums has pushed people away in droves. Remember before the activision split when they were sparse on the forums, and then after acti left they were suddenly ok we are here now We don’t forget that

1 ReplySo rather than meet a toxic comment with ignoring it or trying to calm the situation, you met him with your own toxic behavior and escalated one comment into a full blown conflict, which you now feel like you need to claim victimization for. Start with a good look at your own behavior and ignore others who try to instigate things with you rather than try to engage fire with more fire. Everybody runs into people here and there at some point that have a bad attitude or want to tear you down with their toxicity. If your first reaction to somebody is to insult or constantly expect toxicity, you're just going to feed into it and not see the positive side of the community that other people see and experience.
