I purchased that Dawning's Genesis Bundle in game and it states that I already Own the item but I never received my ship Glad Tidings which it comes in the bundle. I got the Gift box and opened it but never got the ship and I can't create it in the collection tab because it shows it's grey out. I purchased this bundle and didn't get what I actually wanted please help
