Sword rework
We need a sword rework, because what we have right now is about as bad as modern disney movies. I'll update this post with whatever suggestions I get. This is what I'd like to see:
- 110 ammo but less damage
- Can be thrown at enemys for massive damage but uses all ammo
- Can use sidearms with swords
- Can dual wield
- Can fire lasers
- Can insta kill any raid boss
- Can commit sudoku with a sword if you bring great dishonor upon your family
- Should be able to replace it with an enemy's arm and slap them with it if you run out of ammo
- Can fire flares to bring in people who are actually good with swords, unlike your sorry ass
- Should be able to make bread
- Should be able to scream at said bread
- 1 word: this is actually multiple words, so ha!
- I need more sleep
- Should be able to become a prominent figure in politics
- ieatazz69 is a probably a name used on this site
- 90 degrees Fahrenheit throughout this week fml
- Buff range by 300 meters
- Should be able to launch cats to scratch out your enemies eyes

- Bosses don't push you back with swords out unless you're a weeb
- More fun and satisfying
- Better and beefier noises
- The guard is actually good
- Can deflect projectiles back at enemies

Infinite ammo, 3/4 damage when out of “energy” is what I want. Then it would still be a viable weapon when out of “ammo” just not as powerful, so more like a normal weapon but still more powerful and longer range than a basic melee strike, making it still good to use when not powered up. Also it should launch cats to scratch out your enemies eyes.

I agree. I hardly use the swords in pve due to ammo capacity. Specially that we don't have ammo synthesis. Bring back ammo capacity up to D1 level.

2 RepliesSwords need to return to D1 standards. The swords in D1 were fun and so satisfying to use. The swords in D2 are a joke. I hate the noise they make, the lunge feels lacking, and .. what ammo? Swords have ammo right? 27 ammo for an exotic sword? Where in D1 exotic swords could have 61, or even 80 if you used the artifact. Oh and the guard... the useless guard that eats what little ammo you have.

Nothing bad about the Moana soundtrack. Plus the characters and story had more depth than anything Destiny has offered. They both have the same stupid chicken bit in place to allow for transition to the next phase of their stories, since the characters are too superficial to interact beyond comic relief or one liners.
