Okay this might be a bit of a stretch, but I think there is a possibility that destiny 2 will allow us to play using a new fourth class. This is just a theory but on July 7th, 2017(like a week a ago). Bungie released multiple wallpapers in honor of there annual "Bungie Day". One of the images they released contained, what we can only assume, was a group of guardians (Titans, Warlocks, and Hunters), walking through the city. Upon inspecting the image i noticed that behind a few of the guardians there were signs that showed the symbols for all three of the guardian classes.
The thing that really surprised me though was that of to the right of the three signs, there was a fourth sign showing a unknown symbol. So i was thinking, if the signs were meant to represent the guardian classes why would they show four signs, if not to give a hint to the player that there will be another class. Another theory is that the symbol could be of a older class of guardian that doesn't exist anymore(would make since due to its being away from the other 3).
This is a pretty crazy theory and i'm not to big on the lore of destiny but if any of you know what the symbol means please let me know.
Sincerely, romantoman1234

1 ReplyPlayable fallen would be easy to make Arc subclass - those swords captains use Solar subclass - scorch cannon thing Void subclass - Servitor armor Void being the defensive, of course. Class items could be capes, which is similar to hunters sure but no hood and much wider, or over the shoulder

Edited by Gridzzz: 7/16/2017 4:07:14 AMgood catch pretty cool . Got me thinking and yes they would hide something like this. Would be cool but sucks their wont be. Another one of the pictures has that same symbol with all 3 class symbols in each triangle

3 RepliesNew 4th class found on the farm: In-bred cousin Special skills: Can play banjo with extra fingers. Can swim well with webbed feet. Buck teeth can be used like a Titan wall, but are mobile.

There's no way they'd hide it for so long.

It's not. It would not make sense considering a person at bungie specificity said there is no 4th class reference in this picture. The symbol is all three classed unified as one

1 ReplyI saw deej comment on a tweet he was @ about that. Just artwork. No 4th class

When I first saw that picture I thought the same exact thing, until I noticed that in some other scenes from D1 the same exact symbol is used multiple times, I didn't understand it until I watched a video explaining why there won't be a fourth class, that particular symbol is the symbol for all 3 classes, a symbol of unity if you will.
