Destiny Plot Holes
Tanniks cannot be taken as he was killed before the arrival of Oryx.
Skolas cannot become taken as he was killed before the arrival of Oryx
Aksor, Archon Priest cannot become taken as he was killed before the arrival of Oryx

This isn't a plot hole, although I can see the confusion. There are taken vex, correct? So before we killed oryx, he took them from a time before they were killed. Simple.

the fact that, according to sword logic, after killing onyx we should be as powerful as him - if not more - while in his dimension (the dreadnought) this would be cool to incorporate into the story somehow...

Osiris was supposed to reveal himself to you in the story but the encounter was replaced by the stranger. What is her ties to the vex and/or Osiris? All this was supposed to be in vanilla. Or was he a religious zealot who called the speaker father out of belief? Where is Charlamane? The Mars warmind. What is going on with that? Where is Rasputin's puppet exo we were supposed to save from the Dreadnaught? The awoken prince survived, where is he and his remaining crows? When are we going to see Europa, one of Jupiter's moons? That was supposed to be in vanilla? Just who is the Praxic Fire and why do they have authority over the Warlock order? If Warlocks answer to Ikora, does she answer to them? 2 RepliesFor the Archon Priest at the very least, I don't think there's a set date for when it happened. Just because you killed him before this update doesn't mean that's the canonical point in time that he died. Also, it's a side thing in a video game. The main canon is in the cards and story missions, maybe even the Raids, but not the Crucible or Strikes as much. They have story in them, sure, but what happens there doesn't seem to be set the way the story is, know what I mean?
