I didn't even read your whole post tbh. Stopped after you said throwing knife was op.

Ever tried throwing knife with Monte Carlo? Literially run around fire 2/3 shots (which takes less than half a second as it's high rate of fire) then use throwing knife...kill instantly and get your knife back. Or do it the other way around. Regardless with skill there's people doing 50-1 in crucible using that setup.

But a throwing knife doesn't lock onto people like shoulder charge does and requires some skill to hit a headshot with.

It also doesn't leave you defenceless whilst running at an enemy head on. And it has range meaning you don't need to be touching the person to use it.

Shoulder charge also has range, and nothing is stopping you from switching to a shotgun while you charge.

Edited by zornyan: 7/27/2015 9:17:10 PMSeriously that defeats the point of shoulder charge? You're then blindly running to an enemy to shotgun them the same as any other class except you can't slide. Again you have to time shoulder charge, you have to run a certain distance and make sure the enemy is close enough for the timer to not expire. Enemy already nearby/shotgun range you're dead. Enemy waiting with a shotgun you're dead. No enemies on radar so you start running to prepare and they are slightly to far away you're dead. Enemy has blink/fusion rifle/super/ram/shotgun/tlw/any pulse rifle you're dead The fact that you can be seen running towards them on a radar around corners also means you're probably dead. Only people I ever kill with shoulder charge are noobs or people already in gunfights. I have maybe been killed by it once last month.
