We are inundated with clan member requests. New members are coming and going, some stay for the long run, others are just passing by for a helping hand. We have gone through several policies of clan membership - initially we accepted every invitation that came our way; first come, first serve. However, it soon became clear that this excluded those with a genuine interest in becoming involved with the community and so our clan roster was reset. Reserving membership of the 'Destiny Cafe' clan for the most dedicated of members. Equally such a method has excluded many members building up a wall preventing you from becoming a part of the Destiny Cafe community. As surely the best way to become involved is simply to play some games? As of late, our unofficial clan membership policy has been "come ask us over at destinycafe.net". Today marks the end of this shady back forum deal, kinda. This policy is being legalised and set in stone. So to speak. We hope that this new policy will not deter any of you from becoming a part of the cafe, whilst equally not flooding membership. The governing decision behind this method is that we wish to welcome those who are a part of the clan with those who are already a part of the community. To ensure that those who are a part of the clan, get to meet everyone. Too often we have had members rep the clan, yet they have been unable to reach out to other members because the vast majority of the community interaction happens at home, on Destiny Cafe's site. So here's the deal: 1. Head over to destinycafe.net 2. Write yourself an introductory paragraph in our forums, and tell us your Bungie ID and PSN/Xbox Gamertag and we'll search for your request. 3.
