(Fixed) Music + Creative Writing, Share a War Story and/or a Tune

This is obviously to be Destiny themed. You can just write a story or submit a song if you like, but it would be cool to have both. What do you listen to you that makes you think of the game, or what will you listen to while playing. Personally, I play without music since I really like Marty's scores. Still, when I listen to this song and think of Destiny scenario, it goes something like this: (Beginning of the song, first verse) My fireteam and I have been shot down on a barren wasteland on Earth. We emerge from the rubble, slowly and carefully, trying to shove pieces of rock and metal off of us. One of them cries out in pain, he's been pinned by the wing of his ship. His arm is more than broken. That's when we see them. (First chorus, 0:37) We must have gone too low over a Fallen base. They shot us down. I dash to my comrade just as the shot start flying. Apollo, a Titan on my team, starts to fire back as I try digging out the recruit. He's dead. The second fire team lost one of their own too. They regroup with us, taking cover behind the broken ships. (Second verse) Our breath is slow and controlled. Pieces of the ship are shot off around us. We aren't supposed to survive this. We all know that. There's no way to call for help through our broken communicators. There's only one choice here. We don't run, we'll take as many down with us. (Second chorus, 1:24) All at once, we let out a blazing barrage of metal and magic. "Apollo, go! Get help!" He reluctantly takes my command, spawning his Shrike and just making it away. He'd be the only one to get away. I didn't even realise it was just me and one other at this point, and he won't last much longer. Something I've never felt before fills me as he takes a final blow. Rage? No, something more. Hot and cold. My hands begin to glow, magic I've never used. I drop my weapon. (Bridge, 1:56) My hands claps my helm; my head feels as though it's splitting. I can see the reflection of my glowing eyes as golden energy burns out of my skin and streams from my armour. A forgotten power that I never wanted back. It rises from me life fire made of magic. And I remember. I remember the promise to fight to my final breath. (Interlude, 2:27) I slowly rise, not the same man who had taken cover moments ago. Their attacks render useless against me, either burning before they hit me or bouncing off like nothing. Their attack beings to weaken and stop as they marvel in terror at what I've become. Pure war and magic. "Die." I say in a low breath. (Climax, 2:44) Golden whips and swords as long as beams form in my hands. In one last push, I dash, I strike. Moving faster than light, even teleporting to the enemy, I slash and burn through them. Their corpses litter the wasteland. Their tanks break below my power. Their ships crumbled at my force. (Ending, 3:34) A gently and slowly land on ground as the magic dissipates. Smoke and steam rise from my armour as the golden light fades. I sink to one knee, trying to hold myself up. My comrades are gone, taken by the enemy during the fight. I am alone, dying. (Post song) I only see glimpses. A shuttle. A medic. A tower. A– my room. I know it's probably no possibly in the game, but it would be a great fight sequence. Post your ideas below.
