For pulse rifle I'd say Bad Juju. Gets seriously op with a steady shot. It's already fantastic in crucible, after the buff it'll most likely be the try hard weapon when everyone realizes.

For me it's a lot more situational. The healing and high impact of red death is very useful at all times.
