Dragons breath should not be on that list. Its one of the best exotics in the game. It will almost one shot a shrieker something only the horn can do. Horn>Icebreaker>Dragons Breath>Thunderlord>Hawkmoon These are the top 5 exotic weapons in the game. I would say Dragons breath and thunderlord are probably interchangeable in that list.

I guess I just have good aim because I rarely rely on the tracking ability of any RL to put it where I want it. And you apparently dont understand how great the dragons breath is. Next time you play Warmind on lvl 30 and you start seeing the green balls where the hive spawns in fire a dragons breath at the ball and watch as everything that spawns there melts......including the wizard. Its speed really isnt that bad there are 2 different options that increase the speed of the rocket. The breath is so much more useful in a variety of situations. I use it on the swordbearer so that when it dies there are no thrall around at all when I pick up the sword. It also makes mincemeat out of the deathsinger on the raid. It does massive dmg against any enemy that is slow moving (AKA bosses). When I use a heavy RL dragons breath is my go to weapon....since I dont have the horn. I did just get the thunderlord so I might be using that more frequently now but between the two the dragons breath and the truth the breath greatly outdmgs the truth per shot and if you are firing a RL far enough away for anything but the wizard to dodge it then you are doing it wrong anyway.

I was never talking about the tracking but ok. Have you look at the Blast Radius of Truth? Oh you shoot Dragon's Breath at the Swordbearer? Tell me how many times have he dodged your shot, just thinking about it makes me laugh.

If Dragons breathe had tracking it would've been awesome
