Deej,
Would it be possible in the (hopefully near) future for more official posts regarding bug patches/fixes to occur? In the 1/29/15 BWU you made note that developers/engineers were working on the heavy ammo glitch. This made me feel considerably better about the issue because not only did it signify that the issue was on Bungie's radar, but also that it was being (actively) addressed. If there could be a weekly (even monthly) post that simply lists what bugs/glitches are at the very least known by devs, I think it could go a long way with helping the community feel that steps are being taken to remedy the situation. Just like the post about the heavy ammo bug, there wouldn't be a need to set a time or date for when the patch/fix will go live. Making mention that employees (able to affect change) are aware of an issue would be enough.

Bump. I'd love to see that.

Yes. Maybe it wouldn't seem like they only give a damn about the crucible
-
They dont give a shit period .... they will rip you off as much as they can before you wise up and throw the company under the bus
-
I've made the same suggestion many times mate, good luck with getting a response out of Deej. Frankly I think you would have more luck getting blood out of a stone. :-/

Bump.

This deserves a bump

Also no more pointless posts about bloggers or what you guys do in your spare time PLEASE.

I agree up to a point with Jorso Tor. Your post makes an excellent point, especially about the most recent weekly update. What was good about that weekly update was we heard clearly that one person is actively working on one specific problem--heavy ammo bug. I don't want to know, though, what bugs/glitches are actively known by devs IF all we get is a list of bugs/glitches. I think everyone who reads the forum regularly could list ten-fifteen known bugs/glitches (probably many more) and certainly if Deej reads regularly (which I think he does) he is well aware of the bugs/glitches and therefore the devs should also be aware of them. We want more than just an acknowledgement of the bug/glitch. I want to know what is being done about it. So, awareness is one thing and active work on a fix is a different thing. That's what made the last weekly update refreshing--both awareness and a clear indication that someone is actively working on the issue.

The fact the community has to repeatedly beg for updates on topics that matter is very telling. March is gonna be a great month for new games.

He doesn't care. I've tried this same thing three times over the last few months... And they just get more and more reclusive.
-
I don't see his communication getting any better any time soon. He is busy trying to run for president in the 2016 primary election.

way to not read any of the weekly updates....
-
I've encouraged DeeJ to do exactly this in the past. There's no question that getting on the front foot with announcements and keeping the community informed would both keep the community a lot calmer and greatly reduce the same issues being posted about again and again on the forums.

look at this http://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/98199580/0/0

I complete agree. Bungie, if you could at least tell us what's going on and being honest about it, it would make us a lot happier.
-
Bump Regular tech/bug updates would be phenomenal and let us know that we really are on the same page.
-
this is like asking santa for a gift. you can ask but it will never happen.

Buuuuuumps

Agree. It was nice to know that a problem that I've experienced was actively being fixed.
-
Could you make a raid that's actually fun for a change instead of something everybody would rather cheese instead of complete the way it was intended because I guess nobody but shithead Destiny fanbois like me want to attempt the legit way? Thank you.
-
Agree. But the sad thing is the guy that's supposed to be fixing this heavy ammo glitch has said he knows about has known about and has been working on it and hmmmm hasn't fixed it

Why don't mythocart
