I also rarely raid. If there is a difference in vendor gear vs raid gear, then after HoW, in the next DLC those of us who don't won't be able to enjoy all the content. That's when I'll drop out.

That's what it looks like. If we can't get level 32or33 armor, then you can't play the content in house of wolves that people have already bought.
