Best Raid Primary Weapon?
I wanna hear your discussions in what is the best raid primary weapon and why you think so so I can make my decision on what to really use! I sadly don't wanna count necrochasm as a weapon in this, but if you want to I won't stop you I wanna hear what you think! GO!

3 RepliesI always used a Red Hand with rangefinder, stagger rounds, and crowd control with a 10 mag, it has explosive rounds so I just swap to that whenever it's Legion or Thrall time But my new scout rifle is my pride and joy <3 Another NITC with Zen Moment, Armor Piercing and Firefly.. Guys, this scout is so OP, 19 mag, fires faster than a VoC, so much stability that you're always on point, AP rips through group mobs even if you don't get your Firefly (You'll get your Firefly ;)) AND -blam!-ING FIREFLY Inspect my warlock to check her out

I've used thorn and bad juju. Bad juju was nice for the lanterns. Thorn is just all around bad ass.

I have them all fully upgraded and I have to say that the fang (scout rifle) is my favorite by far after playing with all of them, AR isn't bad either. I think it's really more what weapon type you like best since the perks really aren't that great on any of them.

6 RepliesEdited by Raider TCK: 1/28/2015 9:44:18 PMI have a scout rifle with firefly and armour piercing rounds. So head shots cause explosions and bullets go through packs of charging thrall. So a singe shot can trigger several explosions when they all rush at me. The other obvious choice is fatebringer. The vex mythoclast is amazing because of its high dps and crowd control. However when I get to deathsinger I switch to my abyss defiant to stun the Wizards. Then to red death or suros for Crota for the health regeneration.

The auto rifle is pretty good for the high fire rate. Its particularly good on wizards with solar and that last upgrade. The hand cannon and pulse rifle are disapointing

2 RepliesNot entirely sure just yet. The Crota scout rifle, and hand cannons are both very strong choices. The auto rifle is also pretty good. Guess it comes down to what perks you prefer.

I don't own one yet but I've been killed by enough of them to believe the vex mythoclast is still the best.

Scout does major damage and has awesome range.
