This must be something to do with the connection between Comcast and Destiny Servers as I have yet to see anyone without Comcast getting this error.
What's sadly true is that once the servers are back up, Bungie is going to act like nothing happened without even as much as an apology to their players, let alone some compensation for the time we lost (especially when this game is run on timed activities) while they were getting it back up.

everyone in my party that doesn't have Comcast is having fun on destiny, and im stuck with my friend that does have Comcast playing no destiny :( I wanted to raid today buut..!

It's not Comcast. Fios users are reporting the error, and so are people in Europe. Comcast is not in Europe.

Comcast is by far the largest isp in the US, so of course most of the users reporting the error will say they have Comcast. If users without Comcast are reporting the errors, then your theory is false. Use logic.

That's exactly what I am doing. If you read my last comment you would have actually realized that I specifically said it might not ONLY be Comcast. But Comcast could still be one of the ISP's affected UNLESS someone who has Comcast is playing fine right now. Use literacy.

There are users WITH Comcast reporting that they are able to play. Pay attention. Also, learn the definition of literacy before you misuse it again.

Read other threads before posting your theories. There are plenty of other users on other threads who do not have Comcast reporting the errors, as well as people with Comcast reporting they are able to play. It's not my fault that your power of deduction is flawed and you are too lazy to go read other threads. Stop wasting my time.
