RNG mini explanation

We all know that Destiny loot is RNG based and it means Random number generators. This means that anything dropped is random and the person who does absolutely nothing in a raid or strike has the same chance of getting something good as the guy who carried the team. I get it is not fair for us "grinders", but see it this way. If the grinders got everything they wanted if they met a certain requirement then what is the fun of playing a game where you already have everything. Would you still play Destiny? I have played since day one and i still dont have all the good exotics like g-horn and others. I still enjoy this game since i have something to look forward to. Just yesterday i got my first exotic drop out of a chest on vog. Back to the RNG. Destiny is not a fully RNG based drop. There is some coding behind it so the lvl 3 guy who just started gets the best gun from a starter mission. So overall there is some coding behind the RNG but not to the extent where we like it. I know how you all hate it when the weekly gives you nothing good and the hard nightfall gives you 5 ascendant material. Its just something we have to deal with. Now i hope you all learned something about RNG. If you want me to go a bit more in depth on a certain topic, please message me on here to my personal messages
