yep, got all primaries except the scout rifle. Cant judge about the scout but the auto rifle, pulse rifle and handcannon pretty much suck. They are basically standard purple weapons with common perks. The only use for them is nghtfall due to damage type. Vision of confluence and fatebringer were among the top 5 of the best weapons in destiny but cotas weapons will rank top15 at max, easily outpaced by vanguard scout with firefly perk (exploding criticals) and other good perks. The auto rifle kind of blinds witches, the pulse rifle penetrates knights shield walls and the handcannon has.. .. nothing special, really... these perks affect maybe 2% of the enemies but for the other 98% other weapons perform way better (firefly 4tw).
