Thank you to evryone! I shud hav it this week because i totaly forgot how awesome i am at skirmish (lol im shit). Ive been using the comedian the whole time.

Edited by Careful_Croc: 1/31/2015 10:47:38 AMI did it with a blue void fusion rifle. If you're steady and take time to aim, most opponents lock up, or start flailing around. It makes it very easy to shoot them. Once you killed a few, stalk around for a bit, and back off where you can. One round I got 30 kills. I couldn't believe it. The same day I got thorn I got the last word too. It was a good day.

Dont shoot phogoth until you clear all the minions then break his chains bring his health down some until the 1st ship arrives kill everything and repeat do not kill phogoth until you kill that one wizard you need she drops on the 3rd ship I just stayed on the far left corner not the sheiker room

500 points with void weapons part, I would get two of your friends, do rumble and then let you kill them over and over until that part is compete.

Bring some friends, stay back in the room before the shriekers. Shoot the adds when the shrieker disappears, you can pretty much ignore Phogoth once the chains are broken. When Xyor comes (4th wave of adds?) just stay in the room before the shrieker and hit it when it comes into the shrieker room.

1 ReplyPut your big boy pants on. You'll actually earn Thorn. Most of the gear in this game is random welfare, but Thorn is earned and nobody can deny that. Start getting void weapons ready and play Control for the void PVP portion. After that, post a thread in the Recruiting section asking for Xyor help. Don't quit. See it through to the end.

2 RepliesI'm about a quarter of the way through the crucible bit, and I can finally see a way through. I have a Genghis-E MG and when I get my hands on heavy ammo, it's a game changer. Max RoF and 72 rounds in the clip. Also I'm so close to accelerated coils on my trolley problem. I'm a pure handicap in any PvP mode usually and I did a 2.25k/d on control last night with Trolley Problem as is. AC will give my Trolley Problem a lower charge time than Murmur, and Murmur is plenty quick enough to wreck in the crucible. If I can get anywhere on this bounty, you'll destroy it.

I only had a shotgun with void damage, so I proceeded to rumble. Killing Xyor was easy.

Void fusion rifle the crap out of everyone. Upgrade handling for easy 1 hit kills. RUN If you know your not going to win. Hunters r faster then everyone. I blinked to safety alot

Oohhh, if you got on your hunter, thats going to be hunter since you have no void abilites at all, dont be afraid to go full scrub and blink with a void shotgun. Truth is a good rocket launcher for the crucible part. The final part is pretty simple, its an easier version of the nightfall, i think you should be okay

Be better than me. I just started the crucible bit and wasted half a match trying to find a decent loadout. I'm truly horrendous in the crucible and I came out of a horrible match with positive points. It'll be worth it for Thorn.

When you reach the void part in the crucible either do salvage or skirmish and use a fusion rifle, I hate fusion rifles but it speeds it up to about 5 or 6 rounds

Hunter has it harder than the rest. I used epilogue swordbreaker and a HMG. Keep k/d above .5 to slowly advance, and if you can get it 1-2 k/d you should complete it in a day of tow of crucible.
