I am level 24 and I have not been able to move off this for quite a while a good two to three weeks no, I have not been playing it every day but when I do I am killing over three hounded things and getting two blue engrams for it I personally do not find this fair and I feel the chance of getting high end rare engrams or legendary should improve depending on the level they are also if they are a level 24/26 boss I feel they should have a higher chance of dropping something to your person once every two days. My last little thing is when I give in my engrams I think depending on the level you should be able to buy better engrams of him I haven't bought one since level 12! From Connor mason :)
