Crota Hard Nerf - Plausible?
Honest answers please. Do you guys generally feel that crota will be brought down in difficulty?
*Note* I have killed him on hard and enjoyed it. However, I believe he is very unforgiving and thus might lead bungie to granting a reduction.
*Edit* Most of Crota's slim margin of error could be blamed on current bugs.
*Edit* Yes definitely is spelt wrong. Not purposefully my phones auto correct has a mind of its own.

Most of the challenge from the Crota fight comes from glitches and bugs not the encounter itself. Swords disappearing, Crota standing up early, Crota's shields being invincible, etc. If those are fixed I would consider hardmode nerfed.

The only people who won't be wearing the badge of honour gloohoo will be the scrubs that only cheesed the raid and can't even beat it on normal

Definitely not! I've seen people 2 man it and there's plenty of good teams with strong tactics out there... I've tried it a few times and still not completed it... Need a decent, well organised Fireteam to do it with, so if anyone out there's done it and are doing it again and wouldn't mind me tagging along then please invite me GT - ClassyGit - Lvl 32 titan

The sword bearer plays hide and suck my dìck in various places, taking away your time to kill him. Problem 2. The sword is part of some magic act, because it disappears instantly once the sword bearer dies. Problem 3. Crota wants his drug money back, so he will jump down from the platform and chase you, until you die. Problem 4. Knights have super powers, because they will still run right through the glass wall in the beginning. Other than that, you just need to get lucky. I'll usually build my own team of randoms with the right weapons, and it'll work.

He had no health left and got back up and messed the crap out of our sword user. We tried to down him again but his shield just stayed on.

No way. Serious? It's hard mode. It's supposed to be hard. Aside from some gamebreaking bugs that can ruin the whole run.

They don't need to nerf the raid. All that needs to be done is fix all the glitches. For example crota chasing people off his platform, sword de spawning after a few seconds, and crota's shield instantly recharging just to list a few.

Only glitches should be fixed. Happened too many times, but beside that difficulty is adequate, only requires co-operation and not to be darn cheap with rockets.

4 RepliesPeople need to relax with claiming the sword bearer hiding is a glitch. He is hiding in fear of getting his face shot off like every other enemy does in this game (minus thralls. They give no -blam!-s)

Don't think it needs a nerf. Just bug fixes. Beat it twice so far. Today went for my third and had to give up. Haven't rage quit in a while. Today pushed me. Gonna have to take a break.

2 RepliesIt's extremely hard... to me anyways. But that's what made it so satisfying when that word of crota popped in the top right. Been stuck at him since Wednesday. Finally got him tonight. The best part was screaming and celebrating with my clan mates.

There's a video on the YouTube of a two man run and they made it like easy, so no the raid will stay the way it is.

I've beat him twice. And it really is not that hard. Its just so buggy. He stands up so fast sometimes, and the knights at the beginning need tweaking.
