Ever since the chryptard fix...
... You know the one where they made it a hella long time to level him up and made him more likely to be more generous?
I haven't had anything but shitty blue engrams! Seriously! WTF???

Before the patch i got a legendary from every fourth package or so. I have gotten 17 since the patch and have not gotten a single legendary engram.
