No sub fee means less content updates, more dlc, and more expensive dlc.
With The Witcher and Batman out around the same time, I'm gonna pass.

That is not necessarily true. Historic DLC for other Elder scrolls games did not follow your model

Other TES games weren't in a living world, though. How else will they pay for the costs that providing an MMO bring? I'm still a little skeptical about ESO Plus.

I am not sure and I don't blame you. I'm interested to learn more about the game itself.

If it's a mimic build of the PC version, maybe just look at what's been updated in that. It had a lot of problems at launch, but it's supposedly been fixed. I think the game will be alright. It's just a case of it being able to stand up for long enough.
