Supes prime is God+. He reconstructed his entire planet, resurrected every single individual, brought his dead wife back as a god and created and entire universe. Plus he has the powers of a 5th dimensional imp so that alone means he wins.

Eh, that kind of resurrection/reconstruction power is common amongst Genies/most wish-granting deities. Also, isn't the Source (or whatever the God is of Marvel's Universe) bound to be even more powerful? Besides, with 67,000 years of training, part of which is spent with a God, any fictional race is bound to become the most stupidly overpowered thing ever, of all time.

The source is where Superman Prime got his powers. He broke through the source wall and gained it's knowledge and power or some shit like that. Point being he's the epitome of a child saying "you can do this? Well I can do this AND that!".
