Rules And Regulations

First off. To any new members, Welcome to The Nein! If you have yet to read our Mission Statement, I recommend you start there. While some of these rules below may not pertain to Destiny, they exist for the use in other games. The Nein is a group dedicated to bringing light to a dark time. While force is required, control is equally important. Below is a list of rules that all members are expected to abide by, failure to comply may result in suspension or expulsion. ~ Loyalty ~ - Members do not kill each other in the Wilderness. As a Clan we stick together we do not care what differences you and a member have between each other. Our true enemies are outside of the Clan, not within. So use your logic, we cannot fight others while we are fighting each other. - Clan Members do not scam or hack each other. Loyalty comes before greed if you cannot acknowledge this, then go elsewhere. You can achieve far more working together as a Clan, instead of burning those whom hold trust in you. ~ Honesty ~ - Members do not lie about issues in the Clan chat. Not all people get along all the time as we all fight sooner or later. Unfortunately, this can escalate and cause things to be said or done over something trivial. If you find yourself in the wrong, then step up to clean your slate, do not lie about it. Being honest with yourself and other members is a sign of Respect, even if you are in the wrong. Remember that and we will always take Honesty into Consideration. ~ Respect ~ - Only the High Council may speak for the Clan as a whole. While each member may speak on their own behalf and may answer simple inquires. Questions about membership, events, and internal matters should be discussed with the High Council or the Group Leader. The High Council speaks on the behalf of The Nein, if an outsider, or someone of another Clan inquires about The Nein. If the High Council is not present, then the inquiry may be referred to the Leader of the event. They in turn will answer the questions they find appropriate to answer, once they have done so they're to notify the High Council of both the inquiry and the given response. This is especially important when declaring war against another clan. No one may make the decision of war other than the High Council or whomever they place in charge of such affairs. - Higher ranking members are never to abuse powers. What needs to be remembered is that even though you may be of high rank, you were once a recruit like everyone else. You have been entrusted with power to uphold the Clan rules, to keep peace in the Clan chat, and to make time in the Clan enjoyable for others. Abusing such power is extremely disrespectful of all Clan Members, especially the ones who decided on your promotion. - Clan Members do not bully one another. Most of this occurs over trivial matters, which is what makes it even more childish. Members of The Nein follow the Principles of Loyalty, as do they with Respect and Consideration. Treating Members in this manner does not promote any of these Principles and will in fact cause trouble throughout the Clan, over something that could be so small. ~ Conclusion ~ Congratulations Guardian, you have read the rules. To all our new members, we look forward to seeing you alongside us in the fields of battle, or celebrating in the halls of victory. Welcome to The Nein! This page will be updated as necessary, check back often.
