Since the release of the Ice Breaker from Xur, I've seen more and more guardians using it in Vanguard Roc, which is absolutely great, getting through the strike faster and getting the rewards. I don't see why players that have been having it since September are complaining since in the end it is making the players in the community more useful in strikes and raids
