It's not built for range. Built for taking down a lot of scrub mobs at mid-range. Crowd Control. Best used with a Gunslinger with overpenetrating rounds. That way you have maxed stability due to Gunslingers Trance and you shoot through multiple enemies. It's incredible for the lamp phase of the raid this way.
I would like to se something other than Hip Fire, but I will tell you that can save your butt when things get close and you need kills fast.

Yeah, overall, that. I was just speaking to the gun itself being the most effective. I have Juju and Obsidian Mind and it really wrecks just cuz they are so symbiotic with each other. They're like peas and carrots.
