They come from Blade Knights on the Cosmodrome or the Moon. Just play Free Roam doing missions and kill or get a shot on every Knight that comes out.
It took at least 200 Bl. Knights for me before the first one dropped. I have had 4 (dismantled 2). They just keep coming now.

i tried ur strategy changing levels and i got it third try... thanks man!

No problem. Glad to help. Now, get the Orb or whatever Eris has for it and go farm Hive in the Rocketyard (have to have the orb and only works on Hive for leveling). It well take a ton of them (200+ is a rough guess), but this thing is so weak right now it won't kill the higher leveled ones. Once you get enough kills and the gun goes Legendary, it becomes pretty decent.
