Have not been able to login to Destiny for over a month

Every time I try to play Destiny on my Xbox One since the December update I have been given the "wasp" error code informing me that the update has failed. I have followed all of the steps recommended to fix the issue and none have worked. I have even deleted and re-installed the game TWICE. Does anyone know how to fix this issue or had a similar experience? Is there a way I can contact Bungie directly about this issue? If not I am going to have to call Microsoft and attempt to get a refund since I no longer can play the game I bought because of a faulty update process.
